Andreas Pade
Andreas Pade is the managing director of the legendary Rosewood Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda, a role that he has held since May 2017. In his position, Andreas oversees all elements of the resort including guest relations and programming, food and beverage, operations and more. He has played an integral part in the renovation and imagination of Rosewood Little Dix Bay as the leading luxury resort in the Caribbean following its closure in 2016
Fabrice Moizan
Fabrice started his career on St Barths back in 1993. For twenty years, he climbed the corporate ladder from room division to marketing with loyalty and commitment until reaching the famous Fouquet’s-Barrière on the Champs-Elysées as General Manager.
In 2014, Oetker Collection entrusted him with the keys of the most iconic hideaway and first hotel built on the same island where his career began. In 2019 after two years of total renovation, Fabrice and his team reopened the Eden Rock – St Barths preserving the unique charm of this family home, enhancing the level of service and of course, maintaining strong relationships with guests and friends.
Pascale Gherardi
Born in Grenoble, France, Pascale, one of four siblings was always the determined one. From a young age, Pascale always seemed to have a plan and clear vision of her next steps. In the mid 90's, Pascale decided to spend a summer in St. Barth. That summer turned into a year and that year turned into a long-lasting love affair with that vibrant island. Pascale eventually founded her company Voyage by Pascale — a boutique wholesale company dedicated to serving the luxury travel agent community and their discerning clients.
