At Your Travel Designer, we believe each client is unique, and the “one-size-fits-all” approach is a relic of the past. With this in mind, we primarily work with a small number of private clients via an annual membership, offering tailored, personalized service and managing all travel needs from big to small.
At times, we are able to extend our services on a per-trip, ad hoc fee basis. One-time planning fees will be determined during our initial consultation, depending upon the parameters of the trip and how much we are required to be hands-on.
Annual memberships and one-time trip-planning services are extremely limited. We consider new clients that come to us through a referral or after an initial consultation.

We believe the details make the design, and so we start by understanding the travel details important to you. We look at your long-term goals to give better time and budget options, with respect to your special milestones and aspirations.
Following our complimentary consultation, we will follow up to review your needs and our process and send an invoice for our membership or one-time planning fee. Upon receipt of payment, we will start working with our partners to design a first draft proposal that will outline the major components of your itinerary and relevant costs.
Once an itinerary is approved, we will move forward with deposits to secure the details.
Once deposits have been made, we will work with you to start designing the finer details of the trip: experiences, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, etc.
All elements of your itinerary will be uploaded to our Axus Travel App prior to your departure. You will receive a free and unique login that allows you to view your trip from the ease of your mobile phone. All documents, times and additional information can be accessed directly from your mobile device including: flights, pick-up times, phone numbers, rail tickets and more. Prior to your departure, any relevant documents will be sent to you.
