Custom Itinerary Planning Fees:*
Starting at $1,500 per itinerary

Last Minute Itinerary Planning:* Starting at $2,000 per itinerary.
(For travel starting within 60 days)

*  Custom planning fees include, but are not limited to, booking and holding airline reservations in anticipation of confirming the land portion of the trip, accommodations, tours, etc. This fee will be collected before work commences on any portion of the trip and will be 100% nonrefundable whether travel commences or not. There are additional charges for voluntary changes once airline tickets are purchased.

• Domestic Voluntary Change Fee $75 pp

• International Voluntary Change Fee $100 pp

* Multi-generational family or Large Group Planning Fees are negotiable.

* Should you book with a vendor directly or elect to use points to book hotels/services and still require custom itinerary planning services, our fees may be billed starting at $150/hour
